Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Products must include original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized decor items may not be eligible for return.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
